Editing notes
A crop factor below 1 means a 63mm lens frames like a 50mm. The larger sensor's tonal gradation is the real difference — highlight roll-off is smoother, so aggressive highlight recovery looks natural where a full-frame file would go flat.

The files it writes
The Fujifilm GFX 100S records RAW as .raf. RAF, but Bayer rather than X-Trans: the GFX sensors use a conventional filter array, so none of the X-Trans demosaicing caveats apply and these files behave like any other RAW.
