RawCut is run by Luke Tan. Everything below arrives in the same inbox — wizi2727@gmail.com — but a subject line that says which kind of message it is will get a faster answer.
Something is wrong with a tool
The converters are the part most worth reporting on, because a wrong LUT is not obviously wrong — it just looks slightly off. If a .cube or .xmp file comes out of a converter looking different from what you expected, send the input file if you can share it, and say which application you opened the result in.
Something in a guide is wrong
The format guides make specific factual claims — bit depths, compression behaviour, which application reads which extension — and specific claims can be specifically wrong. Corrections with a source are the most useful mail this site receives, and they get made.
Privacy and data requests
Photographs opened in the Studio never reach a RawCut server, so there is usually nothing held about you to request or delete — see the privacy policy for what that covers. If you created an account, you can delete it and everything attached to it yourself from your settings. For anything that self-service does not cover, including GDPR access requests, write with the address the account uses.
Advertising and everything else
Advertising enquiries, licensing questions, or anything that does not fit the categories above. Requests to publish a guest post or a paid link are declined as a matter of policy, so please do not send them.
What to expect
This is a one-person project, not a support desk. Most mail is answered within a few days; bug reports that come with a file to reproduce from are answered first, because they are the ones that can actually be fixed.
